1:1 Initial Appointment
60-75 Mins | $195
Your initial appointment involves a holistic health assessment that includes:

A comprehensive analysis of your current and past health concerns

Assessment of your current diet and lifestyle

Discussion of your health goals and how we will work together to achieve them

Review of recent pathology results.
An individualised support plan will be emailed to you within 2 business days which includes:

A holistic understanding of your presentation

Recommended individualised prescriptions that may include: herbal medicine, flower essences & nutritional supplements

Naturopathic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

Referral for additional testing- if necessary
*Note: Any dispensed supplements are at an additional cost.
1:1 Follow-up Appointment
45-60mins | $110-$135
Follow-up appointments allow us to continue building on your holistic treatment plan and make adjustments as you and your health continues to change and progress.
Appointments are booked for a fortnightly, monthly or six-weekly frequency, depending on each individual case.
Follow-up appointments include:

Review of health & symptoms

Analysis of blood or functional test results

Adjustments to your naturopathic support plan and supplement strategy based on any new findings or concerns
